What data will be deleted? Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete:

• Your personal profile (Name, Email, NIK, Phone)
• Your shop details (if a seller) and product listings
• Your authentication record

Note: Some transactional records (like purchase receipts) may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal or tax obligations (typically 5-7 years). All other data is purged within 30 days of the request.
